Privacy Policy for LeanReps

Last Updated: August 20, 2026

Sourav Ganguly, operating under Eodbytes ("we," "our," or "us"), operates the LeanReps mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

01Information Collection and Use

While using LeanReps, we prioritize your privacy by processing data locally. We do not require account registration or any personal identification to use the app.

Camera and Video Data: We require access to your device's camera to count push-up repetitions, measure depth, and score elbow tuck and tempo. Important: All image and pose processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload, store, stream, or share your photos or camera feed to the cloud or our servers.
No Account Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, phone numbers, or social media profiles.
Usage & Diagnostic Data: We may use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to collect technical information on how the app is accessed (e.g., device model, OS version, performance metrics, and crash reports) to improve app stability and performance.

02Service Providers

We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service and provide infrastructure:

Firebase Crashlytics / Analytics: Used to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, identify bugs, and improve the overall user experience.
Apple App Store & Google Play Services: Used for basic app delivery, distribution, and security across supported mobile devices.

03Data Retention and Deletion

Retention: Since we do not collect personal identifiers or maintain user accounts, we do not retain your personal data in a central database.
User Control: All workout history, session counts, and streak data are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app will remove any locally stored cached data.
Manual Requests: If you have concerns regarding technical logs collected by our analytics providers, you can contact us at eodbytes@gmail.com.

04Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

05Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
